Last week we mentioned how the recent acquisition of TP1 by Havas forced the new family to relocate.

Now it’s time for another mythical office space to be up for grabs, on the top floor of this historical building facing Square Phillips. Agencies Bleu Blanc Rouge, U92 and a flock of their satellite companies are moving. Thanks to Jonathan Rouxel, Executive Creative Director for the tip.

The major perk of being on the top floor is this extensive private rooftop terrace surrounded by some higher rising skyscrapers of the Montréal downtown core. The 20 000 sq/ft space features bright and spacious work areas on two floors, plus conference rooms with 13-foot ceilings and a balanced mix of traditional and contemporary design.

Also creatives in search of a good idea can always take a stroll and implore the statue of the almighty King George for a fresh spark.

Formerly a bank, the designers of the office space kept two original warm mahogany conference rooms for the moments when both clients and creatives need to take the heat!
