Prével was recently opening a new sales office as Phase 3 of Lowney Sur Ville is now available. A good crowd of current residents of the previous phases as well as potential buyers came to discover the floor plans and finishes of 3 different model units. David Deschênes, Marketing Director told us that 60% of buyers in the previous phases were in fact referrals from past Prével buyers, a statistic they are proud to mention in their new ad campaign.
On display is this interesting 268 Sq/Ft unit, the smallest condo you can buy in Montreal. As you can see, everything is optimized for fully functional living. “This is a simple pied-à-terre for a company willing to lodge temporary employees or parents who wish to lodge their student child while making an investment at the same time” tells us David, as showing goes.
To put things in perspective, I invited JP Shoiry, the tallest guy in the place at 6’5″ to lay down on the unit floor and it’s a fit! As long as he doesn’t invite you to shower with him… Meanwhile in NYC, these micro-apartments as they call them will rent between 2000-3000$ a month when done according to this NY Times article.
The new sales office is located below Phase 3. Thanks for the wine and the cozy happy hour!
