There’s a new address on the posh section of Laurier Ouest to have a tasteful happy hour with clients or a discreet lunch with the mistress. The decor is warm and classy with its stones and wood essences surrounding the tables and bar.

A vast wine cellar

When the Istanboulian brothers, Hovig Kalanjian (Toi & Moi Café) and Stelio Perombelon (formerly the chef at Les Chèvres, Les Cons Servent and Sinclair) were discussing the project, the idea of creating a place where patrons could discover an extensive selection of wines came up. Their vision was to build a tremendous cellar filled with private imports, an inviting space to taste these wines, and even specially designed rooms for tastings.

Today, this vision is a reality, and the ambitious project has become an essential location for discovering wine, with 660 different labels from a total of 18 countries.

A private salon

From the start of the project, part of the space was to be dedicated to corporate events. The basement was therefore set up with its own audiovisual equipment, including a plasma screen, different music from the floor above, and so on. This area is also split in two, with a dining room called Le grand salon that can seat groups of 55 people for private receptions and a wine tasting room that can accommodate 18 people.
