We first noticed this cool terrace on the Instagram feed of Caitlin Weaver, luxury real estate broker at Chestnut Park.
A couple of days later, she kindly accepted to take us up there! If like us, you are a fan of the series Suits, you will remember that season one was originally shot in Toronto, using some of these city backdrops of the Financial District.
Caitlin debuted her real estate career selling pre-construction for Milborne Real Estate in Toronto. That’s where she learned the numbers game and perfected how to sell and advise her clients.
“It was more of a leap of faith into the unknown. For a girl from a small town, I have been able to build a fairly successful career in real estate. I think due to my outgoing personality and my industry knowledge” tells us Caitlin.
Over a decade of hard work, she managed to elevate her game to the luxury market. Now she has 4 active listings at The Trump Residences, located in the same area as Shangri-La and The Ritz Residences, two other notable luxury towers nearby.
This property is quite special since only four units in this building have huge terraces. Inside, you will appreciate 10.5 feet high ceilings and large corner windows, providing the living room and the kitchen with natural light and urban views.
Of course, this building has all the finishes and amenities one would expect in a Trump Residence.
We would like to congratulate Caitlin on the recent close of a lease for this property!
