The redeveloped building on four levels (plus mezzanines) is an industrial and heritage building dating back to the beginning of the last century, housing the Biscuiterie Viau. Benefiting from the original structure, with beams and columns of solid wood, the units combine authenticity and comfort. Mostly clad in brick, the building has stone details on the main gates and on one of its facades.
About the Biscuiterie Viau building
Modernized and industrialized in the 50s, the large factory building owned by the Viau company was producing in all its glory, more than 100 kinds of cookies and treats. It is inside these walls that was invented the notorious Whippet!
