Little-italy is one of those neighborhoods where you kinda feel the underlying fabric of the community. Narrow streets, green back alleys with tall trees manage to create an intimate backdrop for the local businesses, restaurants and coffeeshops. And I have to admit: nothing is cooler than to witness the locals do their banking in Italian! This next project by developer KnightsBridge is very significant for me. Not only because I get to sell it, but also because it is a couple of steps away from where I live!
In this teaser video, I’m featured walking out of Moustache Café on Beaubien street, heading towards the project on a sharp and beautiful fall day. It’s always sunny in Little-Italy.
About the project
IL Silenzio is a prestigious LEED project with only 3 residences, created by KnightsBridge in collaboration with Blouin+Tardif architecture. It boasts a LEED Platinum certification and Novoclimat construction standards. All units include radiant floors in every rooms and showcase the developer’s sophisticated signature look of white and concrete. The top floor unit (sold) is built on two floors with impressive mezzanine and rooftop terrace. The video crew and I were simply amazed at all the light pouring from all sides!
The ground floor unit for sale
This property feels like a townhouse, with its unique entrance on rue de Gaspé and the a reserved parking spot in the back. The back (see picture below) could also be converted into an enclosed backyard, if a buyer would desire to. Built also on two floors, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms unit is configured to host a full family, with a open concept on the ground floor while the cozy living quarters are situated below.
