A $250-million development project by Jesta Group promises to rejuvenate the eastern part of Old Montreal. The jewel of the property, no doubt, is the Gare-Hôtel Viger, built in 1898 for Canadian Pacific by Bruce Price, the architect also responsible for the imposing Château Frontenac in Quebec City.
