According to developer Rize Alliance, its recent project Gold House in Burnaby’s Metrotown community was a huge success when it hit market this month and it is now 90% sold, having sold 460 homes within 10 days after starting sales. After selling most of the homes in their first tower, they made the second tower available to buyers and most of those homes are now also sold.
Biggest Digital Artwork Display in Canada
What caught our attention with this project, is that Gold House will be also adorned with Canada’s largest digital artwork canvas, featuring work from local, national or international artists. Rize Alliance is also contributing over $1 million to Burnaby’s estimated $10 million Beresford Art Walk collection.
Rize will now make the Gold House “Penthouse Collection” available to buyers. Penthouse homes will range in size from 852 to 1494 square feet with expansive patios up to 1230 square feet and the homes will have panoramic views in all directions.
Led by interior designer Lisa Garriss, known primarily for her globe-hopping hotel design from the Armani Hotel in Milan, to the Karma Resort in Bali as well as five star hotels in Miami, Dubai and Goa, interior design firm HBA is creating a modern west coast interpretation of the colour gold.
Additionally, Rize Alliance is contributing $16.5 million to the City of Burnaby in amenity contributions as part of its development agreement for Gold House.
